About the Author

Upon graduating from high school, Steve entered the US Army and attended Military Intelligence training to become a counter-signals intelligence specialist. He spent five of his six years in the Army with the 82nd Airborne’s 313th Military Intelligence Battalion, where he was named NCO of the Year for two consecutive years.  He left the military as a Staff Sergeant (E6), and his last assignment was with the 82nd Airborne Division Headquarters (G2), where he was NCOIC of the Division Security office.

Upon leaving the Army, Steve relocated to California, where he was a Senior Security Representative supporting Top Secret, special access programs at Lockheed-Martin.    

Steve is currently the Director of Outsourced Managed Solutions for a Fortune 200 company.  He has a B.S. in Business Management from Western Governor's University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  He lives in Boise, Idaho, with his wife Juanita and their two chihuahuas, Daisy and Cheech. Together, they have a blended family of five sons: Aaron, Taylor, Steven Jr., Neto, and Paul.  Yep, all boys!
